- CAD mortality benefit:
ASA, statin, BB w/i 3 yrs of MI, + P2Y12i for 6-12 mo after stent
- Rx for anginal Sxs:
BB, CCB, nitrates, ranolazine, ivabradine
- HFrEF mortality benefit:
BB, ACE-I/ARB/ARNI, MRA, SGLT2i; hydral/isosorb dinitrate in NYHA III/IV in subpopulations

So some overlap in categories. Indication/purpose of prescribing should be clear in one’s mind!
