1. Why are Indian Christians so toxically anti India? Because in their hearts they feel closer to the West which they perceive to be Christian. In reality, for a Westerner an Indian Christian is the same as a Hindu. Suella Braverman will always be a less equal person in Brit eyes
2. Arguably, the brown Christian in the West may get some marginal advantage in low level jobs such as payroll clerk but white people don't lay out the red carpet for them. Indian Christians in NZ are constantly complaining about racism. They feel they should be treated as whites
3. That doesn’t stop the Indian Christian from bad mouthing India and Hindu religion. They think if they abuse India and it's people, culture and religion, they will be welcomed as whites. Never gonna happen. They will get a pat on the back but not an invite to the Christmas BBQ.
4. In New Zealand, there are Goan Christians and Kerala Christians who tell people of British origin that British rule was fantastic for India. They utter the usual BS: “You know, there was discipline and rule of law. British gave us railways. Gave us English language.”
5. The British are happy to hear it and ask the inevitable leading question: "How are things now?"
I remember the reply of a former colleague who was from Goa: "Horrible, India is a mess without the British."

6. Suella Braverman is a rootless individual suffering from low self esteem. People like her live in a twilight zone - denying and detesting their Indianness and never quite being accepted into the white world they so desperately want to be part of.
