1)The more you fear, deny, or resist problems, pain and difficult circumstances-from minor annoyance to major disturbance-the worse of you’ll be.
2)It is not that we have a short time to live. It is that we waste a lot of it.
3) Be present so you can own your attention and energy.
4)Be Patient and you’ll get there faster.
5)The first principle of groundedness is acceptance. Progress in anything, large or small, requires recognizing, accepting, and starting where you are. Not where you want to be.
