How to use Leads Lists to 4x your sales - even if you don't buy any of the leads 🧠

Most resellers think one-dimensionally when it comes to services
-Join leads group / list
-Buy profitable item
-Sell it
When I first started reselling, this was frustrating to me because of items being OOS or tanking in price

That's when it occurred to me:
What if I used the leads without using the leads?
If you can think "adjacent" to how everyone else thinks, you will capture the same opportunities with almost none of the downside.

First, I started keeping a log of all the leads dropped in lists and groups.
(This eventually became my entire strategy based on replens)
I discovered that there was an initial rush on a profitable item, then people forgot about it and moved on to others..

That means that around 80-90% of the time, the price will rebound and supply will still be available.
All I had to do was wait a month or two for sellers to bottom out price and sellout.
Then I moved in and had the replen all to myself.

Second, I started following rabbit trails.
Product ABC is profitable, but you don't buy product ABC..
Instead you look for
-Products by the same brand
-Products by different brands but same type
-Products from same retailer using same sale / coupon code

Most sellers look for the low hanging fruit, which means they buy the lead with no questions asked and no additional work put in.
Most sellers DO NOT rabbit trail the leads they are given.
That gives you the chance to use the SAME information for uncrowded leads.

Third, I started tracking the performance of everything I bought, and monitoring those sources for sales so I could replenish items that sold well.
Most sellers are hunters. Hunting is fun, and it is also time consuming.

Farming is far easier - the hard work is already done, you just have to keep going over the same ground over and over again.

Fourth, and finally, I started using my own methods to lower the cost on items sourced from groups and lists in order to lower my cost (and risk).

-Coupon codes not published in the lists
