Actually this Filter provides you many stock that are recent winners or showing really good momentum, where some of them can give you entry as well which you can see below in few seconds.
RSI >70 will give you stocks that are very high in Momentum, they may be broke out few days back or just breaking out but our goal is to just look them everyday and look for points where they have started their move.
