Compartmentalizing these will make you much more efficient while working.

Write down your regular tasks.
Then, look where you can improve.
• Can you delegate tasks?
• Can you automate repetitive tasks?
• Can you use software to make tasks easier?
Here are some examples:
Got admin tasks? Hire a VA to do them.
Constantly sorting emails? Set up an email filter.
Always editing your writing? Use editing software.
It takes a small initial time investment to set these up but are huge time-savers in the long run.
3) Set boundaries
Saying “no” gives you the freedom to say “yes” to the people and projects that add value to your life.
Prioritize your mental health and happiness over pleasing others.
4) Find your peak hours
Feel most energized in the morning?
Do your priority tasks then.

Do your priority tasks then.
Work with your body, not against it.
5) Take time to relax
Schedule time to unplug and recharge:
• Go on walks
• Watch Netflix
• Hangout with friends
• Spend time with family
