5 Steps Conquer Your Fears To Achieve Your Goals:
1) Align your thoughts with your goals
When setting a goal, you must first ask:
"Where's the limit"? Most likely,
You're experiencing a limit in your mindset.
Your life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.
If you want to be happy:
- don't dwell in the past
- don't worry about the future
- focus on living fully in the present
Learn to master your NOWs. Learn to build your future.
2) Your goal must be specific and clear
In a world overloaded with information,
Clarity is power.
With clarity, you focus on the goal.
Without wasting time or energy.
Build your future.
Do it scared. Do it alone. Do it tired. Do it bored.
Whatever it's, don't give up so fast. Use your weekend not to rest after long hours of week days. Instead, use this time to work on yourself. To build your dream work.
Refuse to stay as an average.
You have to trust that you gotta do big things.
Here's the basic roadmap:
Plan in DECADEs
Think in YEARs
Work in MONTHs
Live in DAYs
3) Stay focused on your goals
Unlimit your focus.
If you can't remain focused on your goals,
You will lose momentum and fail to progress.
4) Habits, Not Goals, Will Bring You Success
Unlimit your habits.
Turn your big goals into small, easily repeatable habits.
Once a goal becomes a habit,
You will develop mental discipline to reach your goals.
Don't focus on going ZERO to 100
- focus on going 0 to 10
- then 10 to 20
- then 20 t0 40
- and so on until you get to 100
Make a solid plan.
Build sustainable habits through gradual progression.
Growth isn't a straight line.
5) Get obsessed with goals
Break down into smaller goals
Take small steps that lead to success
Apply SMART:
- specific [or significant]
- measurable [or meaningful]
- attainable [or action-oriented]
- realistic [or rewarding]
- timely [or trackable]
Have DREAMs. But have GOALs.
Goals that are achieved:
