All men COMPETE, but not all men CONQUER.
Names like Julius Caesar, Ghengis Khan and Alexander The Great live on today not because they played the game, but because they played the game and WON.
And so, for any man seeking a similar fate, I present:
THE CONQUEROR’S PLAYBOOK
As men, we have to fight for everything we get in life.
And while we may no longer charge into war on horseback brandishing swords made of steel, those of us in the arena still go to battle every day.
With ourselves, our competition and the modern world.
In this thread – named THE CONQUEROR’S PLAYBOOK – I’m gonna give you everything you need in order to start running laps around your competition.
Breaking it down into the key pillars you must master to unlock the energy, focus and drive that’ll bring you to VICTORY.
I’m not going to say in which arena you should compete – that’s for you to decide.
Instead what I’m sharing are age-old principles.
Some that I’ve mastered, some that I continue to work on, but that have all added tremendous fuel to the FIRE that rages inside me.
So stay with me, dear brother.
You and I are allies in this battle, which is why I give this information freely.
I WANT you to win (and win big), so that our collective mission grounded in based values may be amplified for all the world to see.
Here’s how I’m breaking it down:

3) UTILIZING FOOD AS A TOOL
4) CHANNELED SEXUAL ENERGY

6) DIET & SUBSTANCE ELIMINATION
7) 3-TIERED COMPETITION
Let’s fucking go…
1) CIRCADIAN RHYTHM
Circadian rhythm is the natural cycle of physical, mental and behavioral changes that our bodies go through on a 24-hour cycle.
In ancestral times, there was no artificial blue light or blackout curtains, and so…
… Our bodies evolved to follow a natural cycle of light and dark – each evoking a host of chemical reactions that allow us to function optimally.
In that way, sunlight is INFORMATION.
A signal to wake up, go to sleep, secrete cortisol, melatonin, testosterone and many more biochemicals at the EXACT right time.
Unfortunately, due to modern living (namely phones and laptops), most people’s circadian rhythm is super fucked up.
By staring at devices emitting copious amounts of blue light, they inhibit melatonin secretion at night which keeps them awake, ruining any chance at deep sleep…
… AND causes a spike of melatonin in the morning, making them feel tired.
Completely backward.
In this situation, the body doesn’t know what the fuck to do.
Because like the Latina at the club who holds eye contact, strokes your arm and then ignores you for the rest of the night, you’re sending MIXED SIGNALS (not cool)
The FIX:
The best thing you can do (if you’re able to) is go camping for a weekend.
Spend 2-3 days in the wild with ZERO blue light – studies show this can reset your natural melatonin production and circadian rhythm up to 68%.
Otherwise…
- Start sleeping and waking at the same times every day
- When you wake up in the morning, go out and get SUNLIGHT immediately (before looking at your phone)
- Eat first thing in the morning and stop eating 3 hours before bed
Do that consistently and you’ll find everything...
... starts to work better.
You’ll have more energy throughout the day, your digestion will function optimally, and you’ll sleep 10x better…
Leading to higher T, lower cortisol, stable insulin, proper hunger signals, even more energy, better workouts, etc.
(snowball effect)
2) INERTIA OF ACTION
If you want to dominate & conquer, every day should begin with ACTION.
Not laying in bed for an hour doom scrolling TikTok, not hobbling to the kitchen for a coffee…
Getting up, getting out and MOVING.
Me?
I mount my trusty bike like a Mongol horse lord mounting his loyal steed and send it all the way to the South Beach pier.
No external input, just movement and my own thoughts.
This sets the tone for my day.
NEXT:
3) UTILIZING FOOD AS A TOOL (and not a luxury)
If you’re looking for a competitive advantage, what you eat and when you eat is a HUGE one.
a) What you eat;
80% minimum whole foods diet is literally the baseline, if you’re not there yet you need to catch up FAST.
Then you want to make sure you’re hitting the right MACROS.
1g/pound of bodyweight protein, just enough carbs to fuel your workouts and replenish glycogen, then the rest fat.
(Go light on carbs morning/midday to avoid spiking glucose.)
And finally MICRONUTRIENTS.
Take the #rawliverpill
Eat a fuck ton of fruit form vitamin C
Take a methylated B-complex vitamin
And spend $$ to get the highest-tier meat, eggs and raw dairy
Do all that and providing you don’t have any genetic deficiencies you’ll be running at MAX power.
b) When to eat;
You are MEANT to be hungry in the morning.
That’s a sign you have a healthy metabolism and you’re producing energy the way you should.
“But… but… but Fitz, I watched a YT video that said intermittent fasting is good for me”
Yes it is…
But you should be fasting in the evening, not the morning.
Study after study has shown that every single health marker will be better for doing so.
TL;DR; eat your breakfast.
On the flip side…
I recommend you keep your meals SMALL until the evening (or at least until you’ve finished working).
Digestion is the most energy-intensive process in the body so if you want high-energy and a clear mind to ATTACK, you’re better off eating less & also easily digestible foods.
4) CHANNELED SEXUAL ENERGY
NoFap?
No WAY.
Holding in your semen for 8 months hoping to reach some kind of enlightened state is not what this is about.
That being said…
You shouldn’t be jerking it 5x a day and you should absolutely under no circumstance be watching any kind of porn (scrolling IG models included).
Giving your sexual energy away to something so low vibration affects your brain on a level you can’t begin to imagine.
This also goes for random hookups.
As a rule – if you wouldn’t be happy for her to bear your children, you probably shouldn’t be sleeping with her.
Then, in times between sexual encounters, CONTROL your sexual energy and channel it into workouts and building.
5) MISSION
This one is often overlooked because it’s intangible, but having a mission that’s true to who you are, excites you and that you genuinely care about is an absolute cheat code to life.
You’ll be able to sleep less, do more, and ATTACK every moment w ferocious energy.
When times get tough, it’s your mission that’ll keep you going.
When you want to quit, you can’t – because the mission is MORE IMPORTANT than how you feel at any given moment.
Forget all the health stuff, PURPOSE is the “x-factor” that separates winners from losers in the end.
5) DIET & SUBSTANCE ELIMINATION
In order to operate at max POWER with high NRG and a clean mind, it’s important you delete anything from your life that makes you inflamed or fucks up your digestion.
In terms of food, that's;
- Seed oils
- Processed grains
- Trans fats
- Pretty much anything processed
In terms of your environment, that’s;
- Chemicals on non-stick pans
- Plastics
- Chemical cleaning agents
- Mainstream shampoo/conditioner
- Fluoride in toothpaste
And as a side note, it’s near-impossible to avoid all this stuff ALL the time.
The worst thing that can happen is you become a hypochondriac giving out cards at restaurants about your “seed-oil sensitivity”
As always, if you can reduce the amount you eat/interact with this stuff by 80%, you’re already miles ahead of everyone else.
Finally, drugs/stimulants;
- Coffee
Okay but don’t drink in the first hour or two of the day to avoid unnecessarily spiking your cortisol and make sure you’ve eaten something first.
- Booze & cigarettes
As with all things, it’s the dose that makes the poison.
Going out, getting lit w/ your associates to celebrate your WINNING is fine (great, actually), but be smart about it.
Know when it’s negatively affecting your momentum and moderate accordingly.
NEXT:
7) 3-TIERED COMPETITION
Men are hard-wired for competition, it’s in our veins.
If you’re not seeking out healthy competition every day you’re failing to service a vital aspect of who you are and will never perform at your highest capacity.
I do it in 3-tiers.
Tier 1 = Competing with people who are MUCH better than you who force you to push your limits and expand your current beliefs about what’s possible.
Tier 2 = Competing with people on your level who you can RACE to the final destination
And finally…
Tier 3 = Competing (more like training) with people below you so you can teach and thereby understand concepts at a deeper level.
Integrate these three forms of competition into your life and you’ll never have to even THINK about motivation again.
Understand, the male desire to compete and WIN is more powerful than you can imagine (providing you’re in good health w optimal hormone production)...
And knowing how to properly leverage it will give you an unlimited source of energy you can “tap into” at any time.
NOW GO FORTH AND CONQUER.
You are meant for greatness, it’s why you’re on this side of the internet.
But don’t ever think that you DESERVE greatness.
You will get what you earn, which means taking threads like this and actually applying the information.
Start small, pick one thing to focus on and build from there.
Life is a game of compounding gains.
You work, you put effort in, you apply new concepts (like these) to your life for years on end… and then one day everything ERUPTS.
Your business and your life take off into the stratosphere, never to come back down.
That is what we are working towards, and that is why I wrote this guide.
