Make someone else feel this way, and they will love you for it.
✔️Look for the positive when dealing with others. Constantly ask yourself: “What is there to admire about this person?
3. Arouse In The Other Person An Eager Want
✨Just as we are interested in what is important to us, others are interested in what is important to them.
👉If you can combine your desires with their desires, they will become eager to work work with you.
4. Talk In Terms Of The Other Person’s Interests
🗣️Talk to people about their interests, and they will feel valued. They will enjoy the conversation.
👉When in doubt, ask people about their past achievements and to talk about themselves.
5. Remember Names
🧠Remembering other people’s names will make them feel noticed and remembered .
Make a real effort to remember and use people’s names.
6. Become Genuinely Interested In Other People

👉Learning to ask open-ended questions will help a lot with this. Open-ended questions signal that you have time for the person that you’re speaking.
7. Avoid Arguments

👉There is no way to win an argument, so don’t argue.
8. Be A Good Listener
💡Good conversationalists start by being good listeners. Learning to listen well is key to human relationships.
👉If you show genuine interest in them, you will be showing that you also think those things are important.
