This fitness cheat code will change your life (everyday abs):
Before we get into the how-to,
let me share WHY I recommend Everyday Abs.
Trust me: There’s more to it than you think…

Everyday Abs is a mental hack.
The reason it works:
Credit goes to “commitment bias”
You invest 10 minutes into abs first thing in the morning
Afterward, you’ll have zero interest in unhealthy food.

My focus on abs (rather than another body part) is not by accident.
We know that eating unhealthy foods goes to our stomach.
So you also know eating unhealthy foods AFTER doing abs would undermine your hard work.

This mind-body intuition is not the case for other muscle groups.
Think about it.
Working biceps does NOT motivate you to eat clean in the same way as doing abs.
But, you’ve likely already experienced this.

You will build the habit of fitness.
The habit of fitness will become a lifestyle of fitness.
The lifestyle of fitness will solidify your identity:
A ridiculously fit person.

OK, here we go with the routine…
Do Abs Everyday
Do Abs Everyday
Your abs recover faster than other muscle groups.
So, you’ll do 10-15 mins of abs daily.
Hit this on an empty stomach—right when you wake up.
It’s all bodyweight, no equipment required.
My go-to routine?
Youtube: “Athlean-x abs 22.”

Now, let me address 2 common objections…
1) They’ll say doing abs won’t remove stomach fat.
And they’re right! “Spot reduction” is a myth.
You’ll need to operate in a calorie deficit to lose weight.
(Consuming fewer calories than your body burns)

A calorie deficit is required to lose weight.
But again, doing morning abs IS the lead domino to knocking down the heftier, more challenging diet domino.
Daily abs will *program* your mind to choose healthy nutrition (a new default).

2) They’ll say everyday abs is overtraining.
Daily abs may not be the MOST efficient way to sculpt abs.
But the psychological benefits of making fitness your lifestyle (holistic view)
Make everyday abs the superior cadence by far

I agree that overtraining is bad.
But doing 10-15 mins (of floor abs!) in a 24hr period—
with good nutrition and sleep—
is well within your physical ability.
