Many people think that China is now a "permanent ally" of Russia & will always support Russia in future - This is NOT true.
Right now, China is isolated & in confrontation with the West/US - This is why China needs Russia "temporarily" (Russia need China for the same reason).

Many CCP members believe - the harsh sanctions, closure of EU market & expected global decline in use of oil/gas/coal to fight climate change will HIT Russian economy HARD - this will leave NO CHOICE for Russia but submit to China in near future.
However, China will NOT try to dominate/squeeze Russia till next 5 years & rather will wait to reach the position of MAXIMUM LEVERAGE over Russia.
Maximum leverage = when Putin retires, Russian economy becomes totally dependent on China & China's relationship with EU improves.

And, when China will achieve that maximum leverage then it would start squeezing Russia & giving orders like :
1) Return Vladivostok (Vladivostok now has good Chinese presence & Chinese language/culture becoming more popular there).
2) Stop supporting India/Vietnam.

This is why India important :
A stronger India provides leverage to Russia over China.
An aggressive India which is more involved with US/West creates pressure over China - any pressure over China will give Russia leverage.
Quad makes China nervous - more leverage for Russia.

China is a catch-22 situation for all three i.e 🇮🇳🇺🇲🇷🇺 :
If US does NOT counter China then China will replace US as Global power.
If Russia does NOT support India then Russia will lose it's sovereignty to China.
If India does NOT fight China then China will make Asia unipolar.

Hence, irrespective of the global geopolitics - India's god gifted geography, population, growing economy & military strength have ensured that both Russia & US will need India to counter China.
