مصادر هذه العدوى بالغالب تكون
•Anterior Mandibular teeth. ( Most Common )
•Anterior Mandibular fracture.
•Skin wound.
•Infection from Submandibular Space.
ملاحظة: تجي هذه السبيس بمكان واحد يعني ما نقول يسار او يمين مثل باقي السبيسس.

حدود هذه السبيس كالتالي :
Superior : Mylohyoid Muscle
Inferior : Platysma Muscle , Deep Cervical Fascia, Superficial fascia.
Anterior : Symphysis of mandible.
Posterior : Body of hyoid bone
Lateral : Anterior belly of Digastric Muscle.
حدود هذه السبيس كالتالي :
Superior : Mylohyoid Muscle

Management :
• Remove the cause
• Transcutaneous approach in the chin region + rubber drain + suture.
ليش خليناه من برا مو من جوا ؟
اول شي لصعوبة الوصول للمكان من جوا بسبب عضلة Mylohyoid و السبب الثاني انه يكون من برا علشان يكون التفريغ باتجاه الجاذبية و ليس بالعكس.
Management :
• Remove the cause
• Transcutaneous approach in the chin region + rubber drain + suture.
