1)Get a good and concise CV: Your CV is your personality,it explains everything the employer needs to know about you at first glance,you can't afford to get it wrong b'cos it can cost you the job especially when the role you're applying is very competitive.
Your CV must be of good format and structure with zero spelling error with a sharp impression.

2)Always go straight to the point: Some of you might have to write a letter or have a live interview with the interviewer.whichever one it is,always go straight to the point. Keep in mind you aren't the only one applying and these people doesn't have the whole day to read >>>

3)Find problems & Provide the Solution:There are always loopholes and faults in every system,the goal is to find the problem and provide the solution.
So many problems we're still facing in the crypto space,if you're creative enough to find a way to solve at least one,

4)Get Crypto Experience:Many companies would rather hire someone who has a good background and knows a lot about crypto but unfortunately only few people have the required experience. You need to demonstrate your crypto knowledge,it's not just about being passionate>>>

3)Get on Twitter:Clean up your acct,post reasonable and helpful stuffs everyday,find a way to help people especially newbies with adequate info,create threads or host podcast. Just find a way to help the community grow and with time you will also grow.
