I added $200,000 in PROFIT in 20 minutes with my graphic designer.
Best part? ZERO cost of goods. All profit.
I used the “Power of Free” by offering things that are 100% free to me, but high value to my customers.

“The Power of Free”. Catchy, right?
There’s many things that are 100% free to businesses that increase perceived value.
These “add-ons” increase your conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and nearly any other ecom metric.
This is the part of CRO less spoken about.
Here’s things to offer that are 100% free:
Lifetime warranty on products
Free eBooks
Access to a (free) community
Private content
Free trial period (to test the product)
Discount on a future purchase
BioTrust does an incredible job in their product images. 2 free ebooks. Boom
The most genius usage I’ve ever seen of this is how airlines offer “Priority Boarding”...
Does Delta give a f*ck the order people step into their plane?
Does it cost them a nickel of extra labor?
Nope!
Perceived value of making your flight experience better?
Hell yeah.
Another awesome example is @Purple mattress.
They take this so far that their value props on their homepage are not even about their mattresses!

So, to level up, offer things that actually do cost money… but the ROI is stupid high.
EXAMPLES:
Buy 2 get 1 (free)
Free shipping
Free returns
Free sample of a 2nd product
Shout out @ashvinmelwani who does a great job with a free shaker if you buy their higher ticket item.
So… its easy to implement!

These are awesome cause they don’t require custom code or advanced marketing skills.

There’s many reasons I love this lander (other than $$$).
Instead of getting fancy and pointing out all the CRO tactics, it’s a centralized free offer.
If you landed on an ad from FB or TikTok, this a SPECIFIC REASON to pull out your credit card.
So… my stupid simple split test that made $200k.
I already offered free shipping at orders above $50… So why not include that in the buy box?
