1/ With the hype around the Azuki launch back in January many anime inspired projects popped up.
One of those being @Project_Shura a $1.7m rug in which the anon team abandoned the project.
Here I breakdown where those funds went & uncover an alleged team member.
2/ Although the website is now offline, minting went live for the project back in early January for 0.09 ETH with a supply of 5,500 pfp NFTs.
The roadmap advertised items such as merch, token, P2E game, manga series & more (not complete
Even marketing it through JRNY a YouTuber
3/ After launch the team begins to act distant & early February the team disappeared for 1 month
On 3/16 they reappear saying they took a break but will delete all the chat channels due to “FUD”
And will continue building but as of 4/18 zero updates have been made & floor is 0.
4/ I begin to track down the $1.75m and map out where it went.
Majority of the 495 ETH was split between 4 wallets & transferred directly to CEXs.
However 133 ETH+ of it lead to someone’s public wallet.
I’ve highlighted the flow of transactions below:
5/ Well that someone is @RoySaito_ETH (0x6a) who directly received 27% of the @Project_Shura funds.
Shura -> 0xe03 -> 0xfcc -> 0x5ec -> 0x6a (Roy)
He proceeded to use that money to flip Azuki’s on his wallet in late January.

6/ You might also be asking how I tied 0x6a to his Twitter.
Well when he made the large purchase for Azuki 6541 a Twitter bot recorded his OpenSea name.
7/ Perhaps that still doesn’t convince you. @RoySaito_ETH also held a Twitter giveaway for Azuki 4889. Guess what wallet owned this? Also 0x6a.
(Tweet has since been deleted & NFT wasn’t ever given away)
8/ Well it gets worse @RoySaito_ETH recently founded a new project called @NFTSHOUNEN
Luckily it appears there haven’t been many sales yet.
9/ We continue to see many of these people that rug projects fail to grasp how the blockchain actually works.
They do all of this from a public wallet linked to a Twitter & real name.
I’m just glad victims can report this NFT scam to the authorities in Australia.
If you were a victim you call fill out these three reports here:

2) ato.gov.au
3) cyber.gov.au
Update: it appears he saw the thread
