ED is on the "rise"...seriously.
ED used to effect only 5-10% of men younger than 40. That number has skyrocketed to 26%.
If these facts are a hard pill to swallow its time to get up and do something about it.
Sexual health is truly a reflection of your underlying health and if you are struggling you aren't alone.
You see ED is obviously not a disease but it is a symptom of some broader health concerns. Let's discuss πŸ‘‡
A startling report out of the BU School of Medicine reported 35-75% of men who have diabetes will also experience ED.
With prediabetes on the rise in teens we should be very concerned about this data.
The majority of men with ED are overweight (79%) and the scary part is if "it's" not working it may be precursor to heart attacks (64%) or bypass surgery.
The bottom line: do not simply chalk this up as "not in the mood". It could be something much more serious.
Here's the good news: you can fix this problem - and it's not all that hard!
Let me show you some natural remedies for your ED problems πŸ‘‡
1. GET YOUR DIET UNDER CONTROL
Focus your diet around eating real foods with an emphasis on:
- Eliminate refined sugars, seed oils, and refined grains
- Try a low-carb, high fat diet
- Eat oysters, dark chocolate, pomegranate, honey, berries, and more oysters
2. GET MORE SLEEP
If you aren't getting to be you aren't adequately letting your hormones reset at night.
Your endocrine system is highly dependent on the sleep you get.
3. MANAGE STRESS
Use tools like more exercise, sun exposure, walking, meditating, journaling, or reading to reduce your stress loads.
In all likelihood stress is causing you to make poor dietary choices at a minimum and at a maximum could be directly effecting your love life.
4. LIMIT ALCOHOL
Alcohol can have a troubling relationship with your sexual health. If abused, it can lead to serious long-term damage.
In the short-term it can leave you coming up short as well. Those nights when you hit the bottle too much do not help your ED problem.
5. STOP WATCHING PORN
Porn has been shown to threaten your virility. The images of a brain on porn looks oddly similar to the brain of someone on heroin.
People watched 4.3bn hours of PornHubs content in 2015 - which is twice as long as humans have been on the globe.
If your problem getting it up isn't because you are addicted to highly processed junk food, it may be because you are addicted to highly addicting sites.
Either way, both are threatening your ability to perform when it matters most.

6. BUILD TRUST WITH YOUR PARTNER
Aside from improving your own health, improving the health of your relationship is critical in making things work.
Spend time getting comfortable with your partner - be playful, laugh, understand what makes each other tick.
It amazes me how many people are struggling with this problem AND how few people tie it back to nutrition.
ED is just another reason to get your diet in order!
