Correction.
In a response to my petition @CPBlr has filed an affidavit before High Court that 301 Notices are issued to Various Religious Institutions , Industries , Pubs/Bars.
I have clarified with Bengaluru Police that Notices were issued to Masjids too.

These are the copies of notices issued by the Station Inspector to Masjid and Church to follow Noise Pollution Regulation Rules.
I am checking with Pollution Control Board and Inspector if any complaint was received against Temples, If the Inspector has issued the notices without any complaints , We will question this too.

In regard to DoddaGanesha Temple, It was mischief of EO who has issued a notice to Archakaru not to use Bells and Damaruga. He’s not competent authority under Noise Pollution Regulation Rules. If he doesn’t withdraw notice ,I will file his circular before HC. @surnell
Home Minister @JnanendraAraga has made statement that the Notice which was issued by EO of Temple to Archakaru is withdrawn on the floor of Legislative House today.
