Some Rare Currency Notes featuring Neta Ji Subhas Chandra Bose were issued by "Azad Hind Bank"
But Sadly These notes were never recognized by the Government AFTER INDEPENDENCE so that we forget his GREAT CONTRIBUTION Towards Azad Bharat

Netaji had formed the ‘Provisional Government of Azad Hind’ on October 21, 1943 and declared his decision for war against the British on October 23, 1943 from “Azad Hind Radio Station”.
Kanailal Basu's book “Netaji: Rediscovered” states that the Azad Hind Bank was formed in
Rangoon (now Yangon) in Burma (now Myanmar) in April 1944,
The bank printed Indian currency notes and managed funds donated by the Indian community across the world for liberation of India from British Rule.
The bank maintained its branches throughout Japan occupied countries
The currency notes were issued in the form of Promissory note
Azad Hind currency notes were in denomination of 5, 10, 100, 500, 1000, 10,000 and 1,00,000.
The 1,00,000 currency notes had a photograph of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on the left side and a pre-independence map
of the Indian territory with the inscription "Swatantra Bharat” in Hindi on the right side. In the middle are inscribed the words "Jai Hind" in English, with the words "I promise to pay the bearer the sum of one Lac" below it.
On the top of the note is a series of flags of the Azad Hind Fauj over a bold inscription saying "Bank of Independence" with "good wishes" inscribed at the bottom.
Many currency notes had the famous slogan of Netaji printed on them: "Tum Mujhe Khoon Do, Mein tumhe Azadi Doonga"
