بايدن اتصل ب(اياد علاوي)بعد انتخابات 2010 لحثه على ترك مساله الترشيح لرئاسة الوزراء.الاميركان لم يدعموا اياد علاوي وتركوا الامر لايران قاسم سليماني الذي جمع "التحالف الشيعي " والاكراد في طهران لتكوين الحكومه. اميركا استسلمت لايران لانها لم ترغب بالمشاكل التي ممكن ان تسببها ايران!
اختيار جلال الطالباني والمالكي كان بامر وتحقيق لطلب قاسم سليماني. الطلباني في يوم من الايام في اجتماع مع بترايوس اعطى بترايوس هاتفه ليريه مسج الى بترايوس تقول (عزيزي جنرال بترايوس ،يجب ان تعلم انني انا قاسم سليماني مسؤول عن سياسه ايران في العراق ولبنان وغزه وافغانستان ….
