9. Allow IAF to violate Pakistan air space frequently. After India bombed Balakot, the Pakistanis declared a no fly zone because they had aviation fuel for either commercial airlines or the Pakistan Air Force, not both. Frequent flare ups will destroy the Pakistan economy.
