I would not waste my time refuting such baseless speculations, but I am going to focus on FACTS and facts only which have been proved during the past three US administrations (Bush/Obama/Trump)
All past 3 US administrations have clearly asserted that Saudi is a main pillar in the war against terrorism and repeatedly thanked the KSA efforts in countering violent acts side by side with the US especially that Saudi Arabia has been a target of terrorist groups for years.
