This could kick off an Indiana Jones treasure hunt by NSA, CIA etc trying to get hold of this "User Guide to Mahabharata Weapons". A Hindu monk in Kerala told me foreign agents have been active in India since the 1930s, looking for ancient texts. Germans were most active he said.
The monk said, last original copy of Bhrigu Samhita was stolen from Kerala just before WWII. In Germany they have a secret research city which is entirely dedicated to studying Hindu texts.
In school I remember a line from the Punjabi short story "Usne Kaha Tha", set during WWII. It said, "German Ved pad pad ke viman bana rahe hain." (Germans are developing aircraft after studying the Vedas.)
