The biggest lie a man tells himself is that he does not seek power. In one of my personal research I studied hierarchies and power dynamics and traced that man's greatest desire is indeed power and not sex.

A man's biological desire is to dominate and conquer. This desire makes men far more competitive than women. Now let me explain how this operates in retrospect to sex
You see, when you look at how man goes in search of multiple women to sleep with you think it is the pleasure that comes with it that makes him chase them, but you're wrong. While the pleasure is part of it, it is just a minor role in the bigger picture.
First of all, if we are being totally honest the only part of sex a man truly enjoys is the end(when he orgasms). He doesn't enjoy it the way a woman would. So then why are men always seeking sex? Why are men always horny?
Hormones play a significant role. A man's body produces testosterone and this chemical boosts his sexual arousal far higher than a woman's.
When a man sees a pretty woman who he finds sexually attractive the first thing is that he unconsciously views her as a task, or a mission he has to conquer. And years of evolutionary hard wired thinking is triggered. "Dominance must be asserted".
This is why during sex men stimulate excitement mentally rather than physically. If a woman does not moan, or scream or talk dirty during sex men will feel it was terrible sex.
Words like "make me your bitch" or "f##k me harder" send a message to him that he is dominating and asserting power and thus his ego is fueled.
This is why after sex males feel the need to tell other males about their sexual escapades because he feels this increases his position on the hierarchy within his cycle. A bragging right.
