A Threat Actor named cetinkaya is selling information allegedly related to 2.8 M users of QNB Finansbank.
The same actor also claimed that he sold data belonging to Turkcell and Garanti Bank data during the day.

When the samples shared by the actor are examined, it is seen that the data is always in the same format. In other words, there may be a spamming campaign against Turkey with fake data or previously leaked data may have been shared as samples.
UPDATE 2: The threat actor named "cetinkaya" has claimed to have 60M of data belonging to many different banks, not just 2 banks.
