The whole point, is that no one is gonna nail them from low to high. Even if u get in early, like many of us do, 99% of the time u'll lock profits before they go para. I post them b/c they're hilarious & good study material

Now as far as where/how to find them early, it's the same permawatchlist I always post:
$SPY $TSLA $NFLX $NVDA $BA $BABA $SHOP $TTD $TWLO $FB $AAPL $AMD etc.
Their OTM options do these retarded moves damn near every day/week. Especially $SPY since it expires 3 times a week.

But as I said several times, dont try to get greedy by looking for #WTFOptionOfTheDay homeruns. There's no need to. Just grab your 3R, 5R, or even 10R trades from them and move on. Rinse and repeat. It's by FAR the fastest and safest way to grow any account.
