1) since the year 2000 FPM and future lead the way.

2-Going through the list of Ministries we start with Energy and Water which seems to suck the most out of the government budget.
Without a surprise to anyone FPM leads the way followed by Tashnag.

3-In Telecom also FPM leads the way followed by Independent ministers and Future.
4-In Defense which is usually attributed to the Lebanese presidents.
We see that President Lahoud, FPM, and President Sleiman lead the way.

5-Education, a ministry which is paramount, Future and PSP had the biggest share with $4.8B and $3.9B respectively.
6-after Prime Minister Hariri's assassination Future had a near monopoly on the Ministry of Interior with Presidents Lahoud and Sleiman 2nd and 3rd.

7-Health, another very important ministry was mostly dominated by amal with a budget of $2.8B
8-Finance was mainly split between Amal and Future both managing budgets around $2.3B
9-Public works and transportation was a ministry with suspicion of huge corruption going on.
PSP topped this ministry with a total budget of $1.8B

10-Labour had Kataeb and FPM at the top with nearly $850M each.
11-Social affairs was topped by the LF followed by Future, Amal, and PSP all between $300M and $550M
12-Foreign Affairs was the share of what was called 8 Mars. FPM, Amal, Hezbollah and President Lahoud had a near monopoly.
13-Minister Safadi had a whopping $1.6B budget in this usually small budget ministry. But he remained in the post for a long time.
14-Ministry of Justice was mostly FPM and Future with LF in 3rd place.
15-Agriculture was split between Amal, Hezbollah, Marada, and PSP.
16-I did not include Culture, Information, Environment, Displaced, and Industry because the budget were extremely small for these ministries.
Only Future had more than $100M in the ministry of culture. everything else was below $100M.
