النوع الثالث من angina يسموه variant
1- caused by coronary spasm of coronary artery
2- usually wothout history if atherosclerosis
3-assoicated with alcohol drug abuse and smoking
4- variant angina Ecg : ST elevation rather than depression

النوع الأخير وهو silent angina
1- no chest pain, but ecg shows ischemia
2- seen in patients with autonomic neuropathy
3- anginal systems in patient with autonomic neuropathy may show signs of nausea vomiting disaphorisis
